in fair oaks. this assault took place along this very busy street. it was a around 6:20 yesterday morning. with so many people in this community nervous, the victim believes she saw the suspect lurking near her school bus stop so many times. the girl followed her regular route on this busy road. along the way she encountered something terrifying, a sexual predator. i live in the apartments just behind here. i did not know that. that is scary that these things could happen here. the 15-year-old believes he began following her and started making lewd comments. he grabbed her and groped her. she believes and these other people agree that this person may have been in the area on other days. the victim got away and made it to the school bus. some tonight expressed fear and surprise about an attack in such an open area. you think you would be ok in your neighborhood where you live. it is scary to think this could happen outside of your house. some say crime is creep
