And a person stopped right in the middle of the intersection, got out of his vehicle and started beating him up basically, ripping off the hat and it turned into a big fight. The man who assaulted that man did end up getting arrested. But this is just one sort of little popup drama thats been going on here around uc berkeley and the downtown area.
