Pasay City chief of police Col. Cesar Paday-os on Tuesday identified the victim as Joseph Samuel Zapata, 30, and resident of Rainbow Village, San Isidro, Paranaque City. Paday-os said initial investigation showed that the Zapata wasdriving his white Toyota Fortuner with plate number NBP 7726, heading southbound of Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard, whenmotorcycle-riding suspects shot the left portion of the vehicle at around 5:40 p.m., hitting the back of the victim's head.
