FARGO A Fargo homeowner said he fired his weapon at an alleged trespasser’s vehicle because he was “trying to run” him down, according to court documents.
James John Mayerhofer, 41, of Fargo, appeared Wednesday, May 12, in Cass County District Court in connection to the shooting that happened late Monday night at 1212 49th Ave. N., Fargo.
