A 27-year-old man allegedly shot his mother dead during a domestic dispute early Tuesday morning at a Gardnerville home, according to the Douglas County Sheriff s Office. The investigation has identified the suspect as Jarek Kozlowski, 27. The victim, Michelle Kozlowski, was found fatally shot in the street near the Manhattan Way home.
