Making sure that rubicon stays in compliance with the i. P. M. Ordinance and implements that into their training opportunities. Over the last several years, they dont apply herbicide as part of their programs anymore. We felt that overall consistent with the citys i. P. M. Ordinance directives, which is to use application as a last resort that was an environmental benefit. We were able to work with them on changing it and hopefully to the benefit of everyone on the island.
