Wow. I am the dean of georgetown law and it is a privilege to welcome you to the Second Annual Ruth Bader Ginsburg lecture. The first lecture was held in april of 2018. Our first speaker was Justice Ginsburg. It is a lecture series in which we honor a distinguished leader who is a champion for equality and human rights. We are very privileged at georgetown to have such a wonderful bond with the justice. The blast comes just one day after 18 people were killed in a suicide bombing at a train station in the same city. The city has one Million People and 600 miles south of moscow and 400 miles north of sochi where the Winter Olympics will be held in six week, the third fat fatal attack in since months and stands with russia against terrorism and peter sharp is in moscow on the latest on the train station bombing. Boko haram released this video claiming to show the missing girls. The leader says they were converted to islam and would be held until Nigerian Government frees militant prisoners. A Government Agency issued a statement saying authorities viewed the video and are looking at all option, considering all options in responding to that video.
