In the San Joaquin Valley hospitals have run out of icu beds. Here in the bay area were just teetering above that 15 threshold. The county joins marin, San Francisco, contra costa, alameda and santa clara counties. The new restrictions impacts wineries, tasting rooms and much, much more. Heres nbc bay areas christie smith.
