On a recent night in El Paso, an escaped bull illuminated in a searchlight charged through dusty darkness, fleeing El Paso police and a determined man with a lasso.
A man faces charges after deputies say he threatened patrons at a Malabar bar with a gun before pistol whipping an employee on Saturday evening, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.
SHERIFF WAYNE IVEY: Deputies responded to a local bar in Malabar where Jose Maldonado was threatening the bar patrons and staff with a gun and had even pointed the gun at one of the employees head. As Deputies arrived on scene they quickly identified Maldonado as the subject with the gun and took him into custody. After being taken into custody, Maldonado was transported to “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge” where he was held on a “No Bond” status for Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon and Battery.
