SHERIFF WAYNE IVEY: Deputies responded to a local bar in Malabar where Jose Maldonado was threatening the bar patrons and staff with a gun and had even pointed the gun at one of the employees head. As Deputies arrived on scene they quickly identified Maldonado as the subject with the gun and took him into custody.
