To be. Earlier the mayor sent out this tweet saying were expanding the mandatory evacuation east of coyote creek but west of 101. Tonight, abc 7 news is getting a look at the neighborhoods, the area surrounding rock streets and south bay Mobile Home Park off oakland road. And we begin with abc 7 News Reporter katie marzullo. Reporter anxious residents waited for a boat to come around the corner, with at least three people needing to be rescued after their home was flooded. The water was coming through the seams, about two feet, filling up the back of the Mobile Home Park here. Reporter some 200 units in the south bay oakland park are under water and a mandatory Evacuation Order. Authorities and Park Management did everything they could to convince people to leave, which was difficult in some areas. He says he doesnt want to leave, his wife is bed ridden. Jose was out when he got a frantic call to come back. When we came back it was knee high water, so that was pretty intense. Reporter

Parts of san jose remain under water tonight. The scene along coyote creek. All those cars are still flooded. At one point 36,000 people were under an Evacuation Order or evacuation advisory.
