Police found a man shot to death happened at 11 00 near the intersection of jackson street. Officers were responding to a shots fired call when they found the victim inside a car. He died at the scene. Earlier Police Arrested a hayward woman after finding a man shot to death at a home earlier in the day. Officers were responding to a Domestic Violence call just after noon yesterday when they found the man dead. Our media partner reports a woman in her 60s was arrested.
