Were following breaking news out of the east bay there have been a series of crashes on interstate 880 after police say thieves stole vehicles from a fremont car dealership. Here is what happened. Investigators say a Security Guard at the dealership began chasing down the suspects after they got away with those vehicles. At some point, the suspects crashed the vehicles between fremont and hayward on 880. All lanes were shut down of 880. But theyre now open again. We have a crew headed in that direction.
