Sergio . Reporter terry, you can see here at the intersection of Market Street and clayton street, those are the skid marks where vehicles were spinning out. Residents here tell me that wasnt the worst part of this. Now, officers arrived pretty quickly after they got calls about the gathering here. But the crowd police say didnt pay much attention to the officers. They continued to mull around for a while and slowly left this intersection. But they continued on to at least two other locations in the city, including 23rd street in the mission. Police mostly stood by. Witnesses say they didnt try to make any arrests. It seemed unsafe over there. But as far as like the people i was scared it would get violent if the police got really involved or something, but it lasts ten minutes and then they just went on their way.
