He was alive and he was alert. The 21yearold uncle them in. I cant imagine what he has gone through. He must have been so scared. The uncle was arrested, accused of attempted murder, indecent assault and he is accused of strangling the child. He told police he was watching his nephew while the boys dad was at work. Investigators took pictures and removed evidence from the home. Neighbors left hoping the child is going to be okay. Its just really sad. You wonder what would make reporter at the hospital, the threeyearold boy is stable. His injuries are considered nonlifethreatening. The department of children and families is also investigating
