As you get ready to step out now, were seeing still some wet roads in spots, especially in the south bay. Heres a live look outside, and you can see that its all nice and quiet downtown san jose with highs later today up to 73 degrees. Its doing to be a very nice one. Flames are burning on the third floor of a building on Waverly Place between sacramento and clay streets. Firefighters say there is one possible victim. The country remains under a state of emergency after police shot and killed a man for allegedly trying to grab a solars weapon at the orley airport. Police say the soldier is part of a special force deployed around france to defend sensitive sites from terror attacks. Police say the man also shot an officer at a traffic stop earlier then stole a womans car at gunpoint. The antiterrorism section of the Paris Prosecutors Office is leading the investigation. The mans identity is not known at this time. Other injuries at the airport have been report
