Road crews closed all the inbound lanes starting at 123 and then pushed cars even farther back to the beltway. Its very unfortunate. It points out how important the gw parkway is as a commuter route into the district. Reporter northbound is open. And the president at one point breezed right past the sinkhole heading for bethesda.
