Underneath brit tton avenue, it a 3mile stretch and the city of san carlos said its a potential safety hazard, that is because of language in pg e emails that are talking about thin wall pipe. And they even say are we sitting on a problem. Because of the homes sitting here, the state of emergency has been declared. Tonight the city council met during an emergency meeting and asked for the shut down. And the judge agreed and ordered that it be shut down in a safe and effective manner. We talked to people at the park right on britton avenue as well as the mayor of san carlos to get their opinions. Obviously, peoples safety comes first.
