And what was driving that most traders will tell you is the fact that china has stepped in to cut Interest Rates as a way to stimulate the economy. And that was seen as a positive signal, but one thing that they everyone i spoke with, at least, seems to agree on is that they dont expect things to return to normal any time soon.
