The state's highest court said an Aroostook County prosecutor was wrong to criticize the defendant for not testifying during his own trial and for implying the jury had a 'duty' to find him guilty.
The case will be retried, after Maine's highest court found that Aroostook County prosecutors had made improper comments to the jury during a seven-day trial last year.
