It is only April and i’s time for youth between the ages of 13-15 to sign up for the L.I.F.E. (Learning, Independence, Friendship, Employment) Youth Program. For 2024, the program will run for four weeks (July 8-Aug. 1). They have improved the program this year by making it inclusive, which means that anyone living in Adair County who is 13-15 years old can apply to attend. Youth do not have to have a disability to benefit from the many skills presented during the program. Space is limited and requires at 51/49 percent inclusion rate so get your application in before May 5. Coffee & Cards Each Tuesday at 10 a.m. join them for coffee and cards or board games. They also have tea and hot chocolate if you would prefer. You can also bring your own drink to enjoy and a game to share.
