May is always a busy month with holidays to celebrate, classes ending, graduations and more. While enjoying all of these exciting events can be fun, they and also bring added stresses. May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we encourage you to take some time for self-care. Learn some new skills, re-establish good practices that have been set to the side out of business, and refresh yourself. We are able to be more productive, supportive, and happy when we have taken the time to care for ourselves, not just others.
