CHELMSFORD, MA The last day to register to vote in the local election, which will have at least two contested town wide races is March 17.
Each year the town holds annual local town wide elections on the first Tuesday in April. This year s election will be held April 6.
March 4 was the final day for candidates to contest or take their names out of the running. March 5 the Town Clerk s office will determine the order in which the names will appear on the ballot.
