With his mother at work on tuesday, the boy was left at this apartment in the care of his uncle and his mothers boyfriend robert leroy wilson. According to court documents, when wilson caught the boy stealing cake, he cuffed his hands and beat the defenseless child until he was unresponsive and stiff.
