Reporter 24 hours ago the siblings of kayla mattai showed us her art and begged her to come home. She takes care of us, and i really want her to come home. He is now charged with using a communication device to solicit certain offenses involving children. Its a felony charge. The pair was found in harrisonburg, virginia. They arrested him and took her to the hospital. She is diabetic. She is not physically injured.
