Jail infirmary this morning. He was charged with discharging a firearm and homicide, with murder of a police officer, lying in waiters, and drive by. Dozens of members of the Hayward Police department stood in court for the appearance, including the chief of police herself. She stood just a couple of feet away from his mother and family.
