The construction is not too far along as only beams can be seen for most of the building so far. However, a sign in front of the building reads âCopper Mountain Plazaâ and there are John Reider Properties signs out front.

Votes will be canvassed at a special City Council meeting on Dec. 29.
After her swearing in next month, Nash will become the first African American woman to serve on the Harker Heights City Council.
