Daphne was kidnapped back in October 2019 by her father, 42-year-old John Oliver Westbrook, and officials believe he had been keeping her drugged or otherwise subdued ever since. Westbrook and her two dogs did not return from a weekend visit with her non-custodial father John Oliver Westbrook on Oct. 7, 2019. Daphne, a now-18-year-old white female with brown hair and brown eyes, may be with John Westbrook, a 42-year-old white male. John Westbrook is wanted by the Hamilton County Sheriff s Office on allegations of aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference, according to a TBI tweet. Authorities believe John Westbrook may have traveled to the western United States with Daphne. He has contacts in Colorado, New Mexico, California and Washington, though the pair could be anywhere, according to TBI.
