The occasion was the village’s annual St. Patrick’s Day parade on Main Street and Broadway, and in the 12 months since then, there hasn’t been much dancing, or any such public gathering for that matter. Most people had already heard a lot about the coronavirus by March 14, 2020, but always heard about it being elsewhere.
