The suspected dui driver in this case has spent time at a nearby bar. [ crying ] the heart wrenching sobs of family members, one of 2 People Killed in an accident were partially drowned out by the passing traffic. They come to light candles on the roadside memorial just off the shoulder of west capital expressway. The family says the 25yearold was hardworking, a doting mother of a 5yearold little girl. San jose police say shortly after midnight on Christmas Day, she was driving her white chevy malibu, west on capital expressway. Investigators say she veered across the median near schnell avenue and collided head on with a silver lexus. The more was killed, as well, as a 14yearold boy writing inside of the lexus.
