Heavy equipment like that, like a dump truck, if you survive it, its a miracle. Reporter the florida Highway Patrol says the dump truck pulled into the Construction Zone between wymore road and i4 in maitland around 11 30 this morning. 34yearold Marvin Franklin walked behind the vehicle as it stopped.
