I rise today to recognize the ccomplishments of more than 23 million americans who are in recovery. Recovery is national month. 2019, were celebrating 30 years of that designation. [applause] [crowd chanting usa] this is my 13th during myennsylvania administration which is more than any other president to this point in the term and i love pennsylvania, went to school in pennsylvania. Philadelphia. We love this state and i love the union and the workers and when i built buildings in new york i build them exclusively with unions. People do not understand. Last really great election, our election of 2016, we did great with the union workers, great. We did not do good with the leadership. The leadership said we have always gone democrat. Lets go that way. That did not work out too well for some of them. As gretchen said, this would never have happened without me and us, this would never have happened. I am with you. Remember that and remember that pennsylvania, pennsylvania has the best numbers they have ever had in the history of the state.
