Tribal leaders, activists in South Dakota welcome report Biden to pull Keystone XL pipeline
On Sunday evening, Canadian broadcaster CBC reported that U.S. President-Elect Joe Biden planned to cancel a permit that President Trump issued to jumpstart the embattled Keystone XL pipeline project, carrying Canadian crude to a transfer station in Nebraska.
