Mayor de blasio said the outbreak has been contained but five more buildings tested positive yesterday. The number of cases is 108. There hasnt been a new case in five days but the risk still remains in the bronx. Ilana gold has more from the melrose section of the bronx. The bronx county hall of justice is one of the buildings that just tested positive for the bacteria. But it is possible even more can be affected. His friends, a ram Austricio Ramirez, 36 year old nelson gomez and 25yearold wady perez were also on board. Police say ramirez a student pilot was behind the controls when they started having engine trouble and he turned the controls over to instructor gomez when they force landed the plane in the harbor.
