West Seneca School teachers rallied together early Wednesday calling on the district to tell them the truth about rumors they continue to hear about potential layoffs.
Prior to be sentenced to prison, a Mitchell man blamed the winter weather and slick roads for his DUI charge and said he wouldn't have been pulled over had it not been for the "crazy weather."
Among the cases heard was a Mitchell man who pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon that stemmed from allegedly stabbing three victims in Mitchell.
