I dont know what, are you talking about export, the export debate . Yeah, i think that most likely would be considered a separate matter. I know this is not necessarily with the spectacle, but certainly with crude, crude exports, and i think the debate there is being handled, it is probably a separate matter. Im not sure the keystone decisions woodway one way or another on that. This fits into the larger context of Energy Infrastructure.
