Gina Gera is senior vice president of operations for the Syracuse Division of Wegmans. She oversees more than 4,000 employees at nine Wegmans stores, one in Auburn and eight in Onondaga County.
Gera started at Wegmans 32 years ago as a part-timer in the Auburn store. Other than a Buffalo store for a few years, her work has been in the Central New York area.
