Police Chief Jacquelyn Gwinn-Villaroel has allowed officers who took part in "Slushygate" attacks and others who lied about their knowledge of them to stay on the force.
On Sept. 8, Det. Jonathan Robbins was suspended for 30 days for driving a police vehicle from which drinks were thrown at citizens on three separate occasions on Oct. 4
The chief has recommended another officer involved be terminated, but the decision is under appeal and the department has not released any other information.
