There were video taken of many of these assaults. The videos were taken in the courtroom. The jury had stunned looks on their faces. Joey poindexter actually fired his defense team that had taken the case pro bono a prestigious defense team from d. C. So he ended up representing himself in this case. The judge called the decision ridiculously stupidic but he acknowledged that he couldnt stop poindexter from making that call.
