Officers tell tv9 theyre working to determine exactly how norderhaug died. Nat norderhaug was 21 years old, and was from eden prairie, minnesota. He was studying Computer Science at Luther College. In a statement, Luther College president Paula Carlson said the school is devastated by norderhaugs death. She said quote we ask that the Community Come together time. City to take out 2 of 4 sets of cameras on interstate 380 this past february and move the other 2 sets. The city appealed the decision and is now taking the dot to court to keep the cameras. Brea chris, the city collects three Million Dollars a year from its Traffic Camera most of that from the four on interstate 380. The city says data shows those cameras have made the scurve much safer. But the iowa dot says its test shows otherwise. Iowa is the only state in the nation with permanent speed cameras on the interstate. But gary hughes is suing to take them down. Its unconstitutio nal.
