Reporter 54yearold viktor kabanliaev is in jail tonight after being arrested on friday on a warrant for 16 counts of aggravated Sexual Assault of a child under 14. These incidents occurred a while ago. Reporter he says the charges to be filed tuesday are as a ba lay instructor. At one point he was in Contra Costa County with several different schools and giving private lessons. Reporter before his arrest, he was teaching here at the West Lake School for performing arts in daily city. The executive director of the school says he teaches advanced ballet to teenagers. Five days a week and has never received any complaints.
