Tonight, parents are stunned to learn that that ballet instructor is accused of sexually assaulting a minorer. He has worked with Ballet Companies all over the bay area. Including diablo ballet in walnut creek and one in San Francisco. He has been teaching at the Westlake School for performing arts, tonight, he is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 14. Scary. Yeah, its a very concerning thing. Reporter 54yearold viktor kabanliaev is in jail tonight after being arrested on friday on a warrant for 16 counts of aggravated Sexual Assault of a child under 14. These incidents occurred a while ago. Reporter he says the charges to be filed tuesday are as a ba lay instructor. At one point he was in Contra Costa County with several different schools and giving private lessons. Reporter before his arrest, he was teaching here at the West Lake School for performing arts in daily city. The executive director of the school says he teaches advanced ballet to teenagers.
