I received a tip that oakland animal control officers uncovered a major dog fighting operation. Now tonight those pit bulls are being held here at Animal Services following a raid that we were given exclusive access to. A total of at least 11 dogs. Reporter this is the backyard of a Single Family home on a residential street in east oakland. Some of them have obvious wounds. Reporter dave collin calls this raid among the largest dog fighting operations hes seen. Conan says he has spoken to the Property Owner by phone and is trying to interview him. So far no arrest. But they collected plenty of evidence. This is a homemade treadmill. Reporter one of three treadmills found at the home that were put together for a dog.
