A des Moines City Councilwoman is under fire this morning. Shes accused of voting on a controversial tax abatement program. Despite having a conflict of interest. The accusation. A chase then ensued, coming to an end at a garage on hackett road. Seeley was taken to the hospital and remains in custody. No officers were injured during the incident.
