I want to spend some time relative to a set of core ideas you put out in this book some that are fantastic in the sense that they are concepts we should be using in the articulation of our thinking about foreignpolicy and National Defense policy and so for
1985. During and after world war ii. It describes the movements of millions of people among shifting of orders and general chaos the chaos of that war and its aftermath. It describes a light at the street level and politics in the highest region of government. Millions of people were displaced by world war ii. Most known were those sent to concentration camps they were already migrant laborers, sports laborers, collaborators, political prisoners, and pows. When the war ended many if not most displaced persons return home. Yet as the title suggests, a million did not. This book tells the story of their search for a new home.
