Kron4s and kermit as liven oakland for us tonight would be tough on investigation. Then . Dan kerman . He was taking photos of the old bay bridge and the city skyline. He discovered a torso. Reporter at this point they believe the body has been in the water for one month for a little longer and once to shore several days ago. What we do believe that it is a young male. Reporter as to whether foul play was involved, early indication is there was not since there was no trauma to the torso, which raises several other questions. We do not know if this is a missing persons case or is possible suicide . Reporter now, we are not ruling anything out of the facility into foul play but likely not.
