We are at the the scene of the fire and tonight there are very heavy hearts in the Philadelphia Fire Department and here in this neighborhood. Lets get right to the video of this deadly fire on colorado street in north philadelphia. This is where the fire broke out at a row home on this oneway street before 9 00 this morning. And this is where lieutenant matt la turneau was trapped and died from his injuries after a structural collapse inside the building. The photo credit of lieutenant will he torn know from facebook. The fire went to a second alarm and firefighters did their very best in this frigid cold weather to try to put out the fire and keep it from spreading to neighboring homes.
