Lauren, what are you seeing there . 3 Asheville Fire Department also made a swift water rescue here overnight after a driver tried to pass through high water. Two Family Members had to be rescued from that vehicle after high water overtook it, trapping them inside. Crews had to work quick because water began to fill inside the 3 3 vehicle. 3 3 24 00 14we had to act quick on this particular call. We could not wait for the boat to come to this location because the water was taking over the vehicle and taking it downstream. So we had to physically walk out and get these people from their car. Several roads bordering Swannanoa River road are also closed, in Biltmore Village.
