New threats to the homeland and attacks in canada have everyone on alert. But lone wolves turned terrorists are nothing knew. We took a look at their dangerous history. Lone wolves by and large are individuals that are inspired, id logically but may not have a formal connection to a terrorist organization. Frank is the director of the Homeland Security policy unit at George Washington university. He has researched lone wolf terrorists.
