Different than i look at encryption and say we need to provide a tool for you to have the access to that information when the courts give you permission to do it. I could care less how thats accomplished. It is, i think, the priority and i think i can speak for the vice chairman it is the priority of both of us that this be voluntary. But if, in fact, its not something we can achieve the balance on voluntarily, then i feel like its the committees responsibility to pursue it in any fashion we can.
